Training Courses
We have created a range of packages to suit your needs and your budget. These packages are not only designed for the mining industry but can also assist you get into local earthmoving including roadworks, bulk earthworks and quarry work.
Whilst many companies do offer “on the job” training, you are competing with hundreds of people for that job so you need a winning edge, especially if you have no machinery background. Most employers are impressed with people who are pro-active and “think outside the box” to get the job, so by doing the training you may give yourself that edge needed.
Additionally the training will give you a better understanding of the safety procedures involved in mining and help you use the “right” words in the interview to impress the interviewer. Targeting certain machinery can be enough to get you into the industry but the more machines you have ‘under your belt”, the more job opportunities open up to you and assist you to becoming a multi-skilled operator earning a much higher wage.
