With a combined 40+ years of experience in mining and 15+ years in training and assessment, the trainers are well-equipped to provide high-quality instruction.
The company uses actual Mine Spec machinery for training. This provides trainees with realistic, hands-on experience that prepares them for real-world mining operations.
My Solution Training is not a recruitment agency and cannot guarantee job placement. However, they have a track record of helping graduates gain employment in the industry. Several mining companies have contacted My Solution Training directly to find qualified operators, and the company has successfully assisted a number of individuals in securing mining jobs. My self and my partner come in to do courses. I already have mine experience but decided to do additional training. My partner done her S11 water-cart and haul truck. Smithy, Emily and Nathan were amazing, they were super friendly made the place fun and informative, and all are very well experienced. From the sign on process to the course being finished very helpful and professional.
Absolutely recommend this company ! And that’s coming from some one with 5 years mining experience! You will learn from real world experts in this field !

I recently completed my training through my solution training and had a very positive experience. The whole process was very easy to follow, professional and well organised. The trainers were approachable and supportive and had a friendly teaching style which made learning comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this company for machinery courses and licenses.

Today’s training was excellent from start to finish. The trainers were absolutely on point—they created such a warm, positive atmosphere that made them incredibly easy to approach. I felt completely comfortable sharing my thoughts, personal experiences, and asking questions whenever I needed clarity.

Both the theory and practical components were delivered professionally and effectively, making complex concepts easy to grasp. I travelled all the way from Victoria to attend, and it was 100% worth the trip. I highly recommend their training and would definitely come back for more sessions in the future!

Had a great experience with my solution training.
Went for my bulk water cart, dump truck and my s11 all in one day!
The team here are all very friendly and welcoming and even had some good sheep jokes for me (im a kiwi) 😉

I would just like to pass on that I thoroughly enjoyed the training I received through My Solutions.
From the one on one training in the machines and the trainers years of knowledge in the classrooms from their personal experiences in the mines.
