⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Highly Recommend Solution Training!
I can’t recommend Solution Training highly enough! I was so happy with my Water Cart training that I went back to complete my Moxy training, and once again, they exceeded my expectations.
All the trainers are fantastic! A special shout-out to Smithy and Emily, who made the learning experience enjoyable, engaging and easy to understand. They have a great way of keeping your attention, and what I appreciated most was being able to ask absolutely any question without ever feeling silly or uncomfortable.
The training grounds are excellent, with plenty of opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
It’s clear the trainers genuinely enjoy what they do and want everyone to succeed. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to upskill, I highly recommend Solution Training.
Great trainers, great facilities and an all-round fantastic experience.

My Solution Training was professional and comprehensive in the approach of training me for my Dump Truck and Water Cart ticket. Emily and the team were informative and meticulous with not only the theory but also the hands on training and assessing. I left feeling confident I would do my next employer justice with the skills and one to one training I received. I would recommend this organisation to fellow trainees looking to upskill or change career paths.

Doing 6 RII tickets and the whole experience is great. The relaxed atmosphere and the incredible amount of information the trainer's have to give and to be absorbed.
The whole admin, communication and training process is wonderful showing the difference between trainer's who actually have real world experience and who have also so much wisdom to impart through their own careers that continue to expand and grow and staff are incredibly insightful.

Today’s training was excellent from start to finish. The trainers were absolutely on point—they created such a warm, positive atmosphere that made them incredibly easy to approach. I felt completely comfortable sharing my thoughts, personal experiences, and asking questions whenever I needed clarity.
Both the theory and practical components were delivered professionally and effectively, making complex concepts easy to grasp. I travelled all the way from Victoria to attend, and it was 100% worth the trip. I highly recommend their training and would definitely come back for more sessions in the future!
